By downloading, installing, or using the AureliaLive application (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application or its included trademarks. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Application, nor create derivative works based upon it. The Application, including all associated intellectual property rights such as trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other proprietary rights, remains the exclusive property of Kandai rck.
Application Use and Content Ownership
AureliaLive is a digital drawing and animation tool. The Company does not claim ownership of the artwork, drawings, animations, or videos created and exported by users through the Application. Users retain full ownership and copyright over their original creations.
Users agree not to use the Application to create, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights, abusive, or otherwise in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
Third-Party Services and Advertising
The Application integrates third-party services that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. As AureliaLive is provided free of charge, it relies on advertising services (such as AdMob) to support ongoing development, as well as analytics and crash reporting services to improve performance and stability.

Maintenance, Modifications, and Updates
Kandai rck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Application at any time, with or without notice. The Company may also introduce fees for certain features or services; however, any such charges will be clearly communicated prior to implementation.
From time to time, updates to the Application may be required to maintain compatibility with operating system changes (including Android updates) or to improve functionality. Continued use of the Application may require installation of such updates.
Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kandai rck disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.
Kandai rck shall not be liable for any loss of data, unsaved work, export failures, service interruptions, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Application.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ecuador, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
Kandai rck reserves the right to update or revise these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
